MORUTO Wallet Terms钱包及储值余额条款

These terms apply to the MORUTO Wallet — the stored value balance held in your MORUTO member account. They are separate from the Presale & Ticket Terms and from general membership arrangements.

本条款适用于 MORUTO Wallet —— 即储存在您 MORUTO 会员账号中的储值余额。 本条款独立于《预售及门票条款》及一般会员安排。

• Members may top up with real money through MORUTO customer service.
• There is currently no maximum balance.
• Every top-up is recorded in your account transaction history, showing the amount, the date, and the resulting balance.
• MORUTO records the amount you actually paid separately from any promotional or bonus credit that MORUTO may grant.

• 会员可通过 MORUTO 客服以真实金额充值。
• 目前不设最高余额。
• 每一笔充值都会记录在账号流水中，显示金额、日期与充值后余额。
• MORUTO 会将顾客实际支付的金额，与 MORUTO 可能赠送的促销或 Bonus Credit 分开记录。

• the MORUTO restaurant;
• the MORUTO bar;
• official MORUTO sales items.

The Wallet cannot be used at third-party merchants that MORUTO has not confirmed.

Where there is a legal dispute, a system error, or where MORUTO is unable to provide services, a balance will not simply be forfeited.

• Members cannot withdraw the Wallet balance as cash.
• A cash refund of the balance will be arranged only where MORUTO ceases operations, is unable to continue providing services, or where required by law.
• Where you paid for something using the Wallet and that transaction is later approved for a refund, the amount is returned to your Wallet balance. It is not converted to cash.

• 会员不可将钱包余额提现。
• 仅在 MORUTO 停业、无法继续提供服务，或法律要求的情况下， 才安排以现金退还余额。
• 使用钱包消费后，如该笔交易获准退款，款项退回原 Wallet 余额，不兑换现金。

• A balance may be transferred to another MORUTO member by applying through customer service.
• MORUTO must verify the identity of both members before a transfer.
• MORUTO keeps a complete record of every transfer.
• A transfer cannot be used to convert a balance into cash.

• 余额可通过客服申请转让给另一个 MORUTO 会员。
• 转让前，MORUTO 必须验证 双方 的身份。
• MORUTO 保存每一笔转让的完整记录。
• 不得通过转让将余额变相兑换为现金。

Every top-up, deduction, adjustment, refund and transfer is recorded with the amount, the date and the resulting balance. You can view your Wallet history in your member account. If you believe an entry is wrong, contact MORUTO through official WhatsApp and it will be investigated; where an error is confirmed, MORUTO will correct it and keep a record of the correction.

每一笔充值、扣款、调整、退款与转让，都会记录金额、日期及操作后余额。 您可以在会员账号中查看钱包流水。如您认为某一笔记录有误， 请通过官方 WhatsApp 联系 MORUTO；经查证确有错误的，MORUTO 将更正并保留更正记录。

MORUTO may update this document where required by law, food safety requirements, system security, or reasonable operational needs. The current version, version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified through the MORUTO website, official WhatsApp, or MORUTO's official Instagram account within a reasonable time.

MORUTO 可因法律、食品安全、系统安全或合理运营需要更新本文件。 最新版本、版本号与生效日期一律显示在本页顶部。重大更改将在合理时间内， 通过 MORUTO 官网、官方 WhatsApp 或官方 Instagram 账号通知。

Updates do not retroactively reduce the core rights of guests who have already paid. An existing order is generally governed by the version of this document that the guest accepted at the time of payment, unless the newer version is more favourable to the guest, or unless applicable law requires the newer version to take effect immediately.

更新不会追溯性减少已经付款顾客的核心权益。 已成立的订单原则上适用顾客付款时所同意的版本，除非新版本对顾客更有利， 或适用法律要求新版本立即生效。

You can ask MORUTO through official WhatsApp which version applies to your order, and request a copy of that version.

您可以通过官方 WhatsApp 向 MORUTO 查询您的订单适用哪一个版本， 并索取该版本的副本。

This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

本文件受马来西亚法律管辖，因本文件引起的任何争议由马来西亚法院管辖。

Nothing in this document removes, restricts or limits any right that you have under Malaysian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Where any provision of this document conflicts with a mandatory provision of Malaysian law, that provision of law prevails, and the remainder of this document continues to apply.
