Yes. Every person entering, including children, must hold a full RM699 ticket. There is no minimum age, and a child receives the complete dinner experience. Reservations and personal data for a minor must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

Tell us when you reserve, and no later than 72 hours before the meal. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. Because the kitchen is shared and cross-contact is possible, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment — please take that into account if your allergy is severe.

We expect to open between November and December 2026. This is an estimate and is subject to final operational readiness — licensing, construction, staffing and safety clearance. We do not guarantee opening within that window.

If reservations are still not open by 31 March 2027, you can choose to keep your ticket, or apply for a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days of us confirming the request.

One year from the date MORUTO officially opens — not from the date you paid. So a presale ticket does not lose validity while we are still preparing to open.

After we open, log in to your member account, submit the date and seating you want, and wait for our confirmation. A reservation is formed only once we confirm it — submitting a preferred date does not hold a seat.

Each seating has 25 seats. When a seating is full you can join the standby list for that seating. Standby is not a confirmed seat. If another guest cancels, we will contact you on WhatsApp and you are only seated once you reply to confirm. If no seat opens by 12 noon on the day of dining, the standby request is released automatically — your ticket remains valid and you can choose another date. Standby places are limited, and when they are also full the date is closed for booking.

Yes. Give us at least 72 hours' notice and each ticket can be rescheduled once free of charge, subject to availability. After that free reschedule, further requests are considered case by case.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before, cancel on the day, or do not attend, the ticket is treated as used and is not refunded. If you were unable to attend because of hospitalisation or a serious family emergency, send us evidence and we may allow one reschedule.

Yes, both. Transfers are free and unlimited, but you must contact us first so we can register the new holder's name and mobile number. You may set your own resale price, but MORUTO is not a party to the resale and does not guarantee the other person, the payment or the price. An unregistered resale is not guaranteed to be recognised.

The original payer. The Charity Circle number stays with the person who first paid — it does not move with the ticket, and it does not change because someone else eventually dines.

Contact us to report it. We do not reprint physical tickets — the lost one is marked void in our system. After identity verification, you can still reserve and enter using your member account and the ticket record in the system.

It is an honorary status — Be Patient Charity Founding Supporter — given to every purchaser who completes payment. Each purchaser receives one number, even if they buy several tickets. Numbers are allocated in order of completed payment and cannot be chosen or reserved.

No. The ticket is a purchase of a dining and immersive experience. It is not a charitable or tax-deductible donation, and no donation receipt is issued.

It is MORUTO's own charity initiative, built around one idea — give freely, give within your means. It is a long-term community that carries out real charitable action and records it openly. MORUTO intends to support it through its overall business profits and resources. The timing, form and scale of each action may be adjusted according to resources and actual needs. A change of plan does not, while the dinner is still provided normally, give rise to a ticket refund.

No. The Wallet is a prepaid balance for use at MORUTO — the restaurant, the bar, and official MORUTO items. It is not a bank deposit, it earns no interest, and it cannot be withdrawn. A cash refund is arranged only if MORUTO ceases operations, is unable to continue providing services, or where the law requires it.

There is currently no expiry date. If we introduce one in future, we will publish it as an updated version of the Wallet Terms and give at least 30 days' notice through WhatsApp or your member account, with your balance and the date clearly shown.

WhatsApp us with your name, the mobile number used for the order, your order or ticket number, and the reason. We will tell you whether it is approved and, if so, the amount and expected date. Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days and go back to the original payer. See the Refund Policy for the full list of refundable and non-refundable situations.
