隐私政策 · 个人资料保护声明
MORUTO（以下简称「我们」）依据马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法令》(PDPA) 处理您的个人资料。
MORUTO processes your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
一、我们收集什么 · What We Collect
会员注册：姓名、手机号码。
自愿填写：性别、出生日期、电子邮箱。
预约与消费：预约日期、场次、人数、饮食偏好、钱包与积分记录。
Registration: name, mobile number. Optional: gender, date of birth, email. Bookings: date, seating, party size, dietary preference, wallet and points records.
二、用途 · Purpose
处理您的订位与用餐安排；管理会员钱包余额与 Credit Points；于您的生日月份致送礼遇；就您的预约与账户事宜与您联系。我们不会将您的资料用于上述以外的用途。
To process reservations, manage your wallet and points, send birthday offers, and contact you about your booking or account. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
三、我们不做什么 · What We Never Do
我们不会出售、出租或交易您的个人资料予任何第三方作营销用途。资料仅由 MORUTO 授权人员在营运所需范围内查阅。
We never sell, rent or trade your data. Access is limited to authorised MORUTO personnel.
四、储存与安全 · Storage & Security
资料储存于加密云端数据库；您的登录密码以单向加密方式保存，任何人（包括我们）皆无法读取原文。资料保存至您要求删除为止；对于三年以上未使用的账户，我们会定期检视并清理。
Data is stored in an encrypted cloud database. Your PIN is one-way hashed and cannot be read by anyone, including us. Retained until deletion is requested; accounts inactive for over three years are periodically reviewed and cleared.
五、您的权利 · Your Rights
您有权查阅、更正或要求删除您的个人资料，亦可随时撤回同意。您可在会员中心「个人资料」自行修改，或透过下方管道联络我们。
You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time — via Member Profile or by contacting us.

Wallet & Points Terms
钱包与积分条款
一、钱包余额 · Wallet
钱包余额为您预先存入的用餐款项，仅可用于 MORUTO 之餐饮消费，不可兑换现金、不可转让予他人。余额无使用期限，不会过期失效。
Wallet credit may be used for dining at MORUTO only. It is non-refundable in cash and non-transferable. Credit does not expire.
二、退款 · Refunds
如因餐厅原因导致无法提供服务，未使用之余额可全额退回原付款管道。其他情况下之退款申请，须经个别审核后决定。
If MORUTO is unable to provide service, unused credit will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Other refund requests are considered case by case.
三、Credit Points · 消费积分
每消费 RM 1 累积 1 点。积分不可兑换现金，兑换项目与规则将于日后公布，并保留调整之权利。积分不可转让。
Earn 1 point per RM 1 spent. Points hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and redemption options will be announced in due course.
四、公益团编号 · Charity Circle
公益团编号限定 2000 位，于会员首次用餐后自动分配，依序发出，恕不指定号码。编号为终身持有，不可转让。
Limited to 2,000 numbers, assigned automatically after your first dining experience, in sequence. Numbers are held for life and cannot be transferred.
五、账户安全 · Account Security
请妥善保管您的登录密码。凡经正确密码进行之交易均视为本人操作。如发现异常，请立即联络我们。
Keep your PIN confidential. Transactions made with the correct PIN are deemed authorised. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
六、条款变更 · Changes
我们保留修订本条款之权利，重大变更将于本网站公布。
We may revise these terms; material changes will be posted on this site.
