These Presale & Ticket Terms apply to every MORUTO presale ticket. They should be read together with the Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, the Privacy Notice, and, if you hold a Charity Circle number or use the MORUTO Wallet, the BP Charity Circle Terms and MORUTO Wallet Terms.

Each MORUTO presale ticket costs RM699 NETT and admits one person. Every person entering the dinner, including children, must hold a full ticket. There is no reduced-price ticket and no non-ticketed entry.
每张 MORUTO 预售门票价格为 RM699 NETT， 供 一位顾客 使用。所有入场者，包括儿童， 都必须持有一张完整门票。不设优惠票，也不接受无票入场。

The price is inclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST) and service charge. No additional service charge or surcharge will be added to the ticket price.

The welcome drink is served in an alcoholic version by default. A non-alcoholic version is available on request, and only the non-alcoholic version will be served to a guest who:

MORUTO may ask any guest for proof of age before serving alcohol, and may decline to serve alcohol where age cannot be verified or where serving would not be responsible. Choosing the non-alcoholic version does not change the ticket price.

When making a reservation, guests may choose one of the following menus: Western Fusion, Malaysian Fusion, or Vegetarian. A menu must be selected for every guest in the booking.

MORUTO may adjust individual dishes for reasons of ingredient supply, seasonality, food safety, or other reasonable operational needs, while maintaining a seven-course dinner of equivalent overall value. A minor change to individual dishes is not, by itself, a ground for refund.
MORUTO 可因食材供应、季节、食品安全或其他合理运营原因调整个别菜式， 但会保持七道式晚宴及整体价值不变。个别菜式的小幅调整，本身不构成退款理由。
Where a change is substantial enough that MORUTO can no longer provide the main dinner service described in these terms, the Refund Policy applies.
如调整幅度大到 MORUTO 已无法提供本条款所述的主要晚宴服务， 则适用《退款、取消及改期政策》。
MORUTO currently accepts payment by bank transfer, DuitNow QR, cash, and bank card or payment gateway.
MORUTO 目前接受以下付款方式：银行转账、DuitNow QR、现金，以及银行卡或 Payment Gateway。
Submitting the website form, sending a WhatsApp enquiry, or sending a payment screenshot does not mean a ticket has been purchased.

A binding contract is formed only when all three of the following have occurred:

Where payment has not been received, has failed, is duplicated, or where the information provided cannot be verified, MORUTO may withhold issuing a ticket until the matter is resolved. MORUTO will contact you through official WhatsApp to resolve it, and any amount MORUTO has actually received but cannot allocate to a valid order will be returned to you in accordance with the Refund Policy.
如付款未到账、付款失败、重复付款，或所提供的资料无法核实， MORUTO 可暂不发出门票，直至问题解决。MORUTO 将通过官方 WhatsApp 与您联系处理； MORUTO 实际已收到但无法对应有效订单的款项，将依 《退款、取消及改期政策》退还。
MORUTO is expected to open between November and December 2026. This is an estimate and is subject to final operational readiness, including licensing, construction, staffing, and safety clearance. MORUTO does not guarantee that it will open within that window.
MORUTO 预计 于 2026 年 11 月至 12 月开业。 此为预计时间，须视最终营运准备情况而定，包括执照、施工、人员及安全审核等。 MORUTO 不保证一定在该期间内开业。
If MORUTO has still not opened reservations by 31 March 2027, you may choose either to:
Refunds approved under this clause will be processed within 30 working days of MORUTO confirming the refund request.

A ticket is valid for one year from the date MORUTO officially opens. Validity is not counted from the date you paid. This means a presale ticket bought today does not begin to expire while MORUTO is still preparing to open.

If, for reasons attributable to MORUTO, you did not have a reasonable opportunity to use your ticket within the validity period, MORUTO will provide a reasonable extension, an alternative date, or a refund where the Refund Policy applies.
如因 MORUTO 的原因，导致顾客在有效期内没有合理机会使用门票， MORUTO 将提供合理延期、替代日期，或在符合 《退款、取消及改期政策》的情况下安排退款。
A ticket does not by itself reserve a seat on a particular date. Guests cannot confirm a date instantly by themselves.
持有门票本身不等于已经订到某一天的座位。顾客不能自行即时确认日期。
After MORUTO officially opens, a ticket holder should:
A reservation is formed only when MORUTO has issued that final confirmation. Submitting a preferred date does not mean a seat has been held.

Seatings are:
All reservations are subject to seat availability, seating capacity, and MORUTO's operational arrangements.

Each seating has a limited number of seats. Where a seating is already full, a guest may be placed on a standby list for that seating. A standby request is not a confirmed reservation and does not hold a seat.
每一场次的座位数量有限。若该场次已满，顾客可被排入该场次的 后备名单。后备申请不是已确认的预约，也不保留任何座位。
A standby request may become a confirmed reservation only if a seat becomes available and MORUTO notifies the guest through official WhatsApp and the guest confirms. If no seat becomes available by 12:00 noon on the dining date, the standby request is released automatically. The ticket used for that request remains valid and unaffected, and the guest may select another date within the validity period.
后备申请只有在出现空位、MORUTO 通过官方 WhatsApp 通知顾客、且顾客确认之后， 才会转为已确认的预约。若截至用餐当日中午 12:00 仍无空位， 后备申请将自动释放。该笔申请所使用的门票不受影响、仍然有效， 顾客可在有效期内另选日期。
Standby places are also limited. Where both the seating and its standby list are full, that date and seating cannot be booked. Standby placement does not create any priority, guarantee or entitlement to a seat, and no compensation is payable if a standby request is released.
后备名额同样有限。若该场次与其后备名单均已满，该日期及场次将无法下单。 排入后备不构成任何优先权、保证或座位权利；后备申请被释放时，不产生任何赔偿。
Once a reservation has been confirmed:

Rescheduling requests should be made through MORUTO's official WhatsApp. The 72-hour period is counted back from the start time of the seating you booked.

Where a guest cancels less than 72 hours before the seating, cancels on the day, or does not attend:

Emergencies. If you were unable to attend because of hospitalisation, an emergency involving an immediate family member, or another serious emergency, you may submit supporting evidence to MORUTO. MORUTO may, at its discretion, allow one rescheduling. This discretion applies only to genuine emergencies and does not limit any other right you have under these terms or under Malaysian law.

MORUTO holds a reserved seat for 15 minutes after the booked seating time. A guest who arrives late:

The same approach applies where a force majeure event occurs: MORUTO will first offer a reasonable alternative date or postponement, and where performance genuinely cannot continue, arrange a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Guests must:

MORUTO will make reasonable efforts to accommodate declared requirements. However, because the kitchen is shared, ingredients come through a common supply chain, and cross-contact is possible, MORUTO cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should take this into account when deciding whether to dine.
MORUTO 会作合理努力配合已申报的需求。但由于共享厨房、共同供应链及交叉接触的风险， MORUTO 无法保证完全无过敏原的环境。 有严重过敏的顾客，请在决定是否用餐时一并考虑这一点。
If MORUTO cannot safely meet a declared requirement, MORUTO will notify you within a reasonable time and discuss alternatives, which may include a different menu, a different date, or where appropriate a refund.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits MORUTO's liability arising from its own negligence, from a breach of food safety requirements, or from any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

The dinner has no minimum age. However:

The cocktail bar operating after dinner is a separate service and is subject to the legal drinking age and to MORUTO's responsible service requirements.

Guests are free to decide the price at which they resell a ticket. However:

If a physical ticket is lost or damaged:

MORUTO's system record is the operative record of a ticket's status. If you believe the system record is wrong, contact MORUTO and it will be investigated and corrected where an error is found.

MORUTO may refuse entry to, or require the departure of, a guest who:

Where a guest is refused entry or required to leave because of their own serious misconduct, the ticket is not refunded.

Guests may take photographs, record video and livestream, provided that they do not:
MORUTO may ask a guest to stop filming that is causing actual disruption.

MORUTO is not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control, including:

A force majeure event does not automatically cancel your rights. MORUTO will first offer a reasonable reschedule or postponement. Where MORUTO genuinely cannot continue to perform, the Refund Policy applies.

MORUTO may update this document where required by law, food safety requirements, system security, or reasonable operational needs. The current version, version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified through the MORUTO website, official WhatsApp, or MORUTO's official Instagram account within a reasonable time.
MORUTO 可因法律、食品安全、系统安全或合理运营需要更新本文件。 最新版本、版本号与生效日期一律显示在本页顶部。重大更改将在合理时间内， 通过 MORUTO 官网、官方 WhatsApp 或官方 Instagram 账号通知。
Updates do not retroactively reduce the core rights of guests who have already paid. An existing order is generally governed by the version of this document that the guest accepted at the time of payment, unless the newer version is more favourable to the guest, or unless applicable law requires the newer version to take effect immediately.
更新不会追溯性减少已经付款顾客的核心权益。 已成立的订单原则上适用顾客付款时所同意的版本，除非新版本对顾客更有利， 或适用法律要求新版本立即生效。
You can ask MORUTO through official WhatsApp which version applies to your order, and request a copy of that version.

This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Nothing in this document removes, restricts or limits any right that you have under Malaysian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Where any provision of this document conflicts with a mandatory provision of Malaysian law, that provision of law prevails, and the remainder of this document continues to apply.
