• The main consideration you receive for the ticket price is the MORUTO dinner and immersive experience.
• MORUTO's support for Be Patient Charity comes from MORUTO's overall business profits and resources, and is not a fixed portion earmarked from each ticket.
• No part of the ticket price is represented as a donation, and no tax-deduction receipt is issued.
• The timing, form and scale of each Be Patient Charity action may be adjusted according to approvals, resources and actual needs.
• A delay or a change in the form of a charitable action does not, while the dinner is still provided normally, give rise to a right to a ticket refund.
• MORUTO will publish progress updates through its website, Instagram or other official channels when appropriate.

MORUTO may update this document where required by law, food safety requirements, system security, or reasonable operational needs. The current version, version number and effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified through the MORUTO website, official WhatsApp, or MORUTO's official Instagram account within a reasonable time.

Updates do not retroactively reduce the core rights of guests who have already paid. An existing order is generally governed by the version of this document that the guest accepted at the time of payment, unless the newer version is more favourable to the guest, or unless applicable law requires the newer version to take effect immediately.

You can ask MORUTO through official WhatsApp which version applies to your order, and request a copy of that version.

This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Nothing in this document removes, restricts or limits any right that you have under Malaysian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
